Sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para reducir riesgos laborales en la empresa global agro sede fundo don Cesar, Ica, 2023

Abstract

La investigación desarrollada titulada “Sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para reducir riesgos laborales en la empresa Global Agro sede fundo Don Cesar, Ica, 2023”, partió del siguiente problema ¿De qué manera influye la Implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para contribuir a prevenir riesgos en la Empresa Global Agro sede fundo Don Cesar, Ica, 2023?, el objetivo general: Determinar el nivel de Influencia de la Implementación del sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para contribuir a prevenir riesgos en la empresa Global Agro sede fundo Don Cesar, Ica, 2023 y la hipótesis general es: La Implementación del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, influyó significativamente en la prevención de riesgos en la empresa Global Agro sede fundo Don Cesar, Ica, 2023. El tipo de investigación es básico, el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, el diseño de la investigación es no experimental, la población está conformada por los trabajadores de la Agro sede fundo Don Cesar, Ica. Una empresa debe contar con un sistema de seguridad y salud en el trabajo para proteger la salud de sus empleados, que conlleva que los trabajadores se desempeñan mejor y ganan mayores beneficios, lo que también nos permite minimizar costos por accidentes laborales que ocasiona a la empresa. La salud y la seguridad en Perú han progresado favorablemente en la última década, debido al fortalecimiento del sistema de inspección laboral y su papel en la vigilancia del cumplimiento de la normativa social y laboral, sobre todo en las actividades críticas.

The research developed titled “Occupational safety and health system to reduce occupational risks in the company Global Agro headquarters, Don Cesar fund, Ica, 2023”, started from the following problem: How does the implementation of the safety and health system influence the work to contribute to preventing risks in the Global Agro Company, headquarters of the Don Cesar Foundation, Ica, 2023?, the general objective: Determine the level of Influence of the Implementation of the occupational health and safety system to contribute to preventing risks in the company Global Agro headquarters founded Don Cesar, Ica, 2023 and the general hypothesis is: The Implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System significantly influenced risk prevention in the company Global Agro headquarters founded Don Cesar, Ica, 2023. The type of research is basic, the level of research is descriptive, the research design is non experimental, the population is made up of workers from the Agro headquarters of the Don Cesar Fund, Ica. A company must have a safety and health system at work to protect the health of its employees, which means that workers perform better and earn greater benefits, which also allows us to minimize costs due to workplace accidents that it causes to the company. Health and safety in Peru have progressed favorably in the last decade, due to the strengthening of the labor inspection system and its role in monitoring compliance with social and labor regulations, especially in critical activities.
