Impacto ambiental y plan de manejo ambiental en la descarga de aguas residuales generadas por la operación y mantenimiento de la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales del distrito de San Clemente

Abstract

Las aguas residuales se refieren al agua recolectada en aglomeraciones urbanas de actividades humanas o la mezcla de estas y la descarga de actividades comerciales, industriales y agrícolas en el núcleo urbano, así como las aguas pluviales (aguas residuales municipales). (Trapote, 2011). Teniendo en cuanta los resultados de la evaluación de impactos ambientales, e impactos de orden antropogénicos se encuentra que en las actividades de operación y mantenimiento de la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales de la Junta Administradora de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado del distrito de San Clemente, Provincia de Pisco Departamento de Ica, se generan un sin número de impactos negativos de los cuales en su mayoría son de categorización despreciable, así mismo, de estos impactos existen impactos benéficos. Los impactos despreciables se remediaran con acciones que se encuentran contenidos en el Plan de Manejo Ambiental. Además el proyecto, es viable por los beneficios que presenta y que trae para la calidad de vida de la población por el servicio de alcantarillado sanitario para la población del distrito de San Clemente, Provincia de Pisco Departamento de Ica. De otro lado los impactos presentados los mismos que están enfocados en la contaminación de suelos, estos son de alcance negativo, y que se presenta descargas directas, lo que se remediara con la siembra de árboles y mucha vegetación. Teniéndose en cuenta la etapa de cierre en éstos se tendrá impactos positivos, ya que los olores desagradables desaparecerán, teniéndose presente que la infraestructura de la Planta de Tratamiento de Aguas Servidas de la Junta Administradora se encuentra en regular estado de operación.Wastewater refers to water collected in urban agglomerations from human activities or the mixture of these and the discharge of commercial, industrial and agricultural activities in the urban nucleus, as well as rainwater (municipal wastewater). Negligible impacts will be remedied with actions that are contained in the Environmental Management Plan. In addition, the project is viable due to the benefits that it presents and that it brings for the quality of life of the population due to the sanitary sewer service for the population of the district of San Clemente, Province of Pisco, Department of Ica. On the other hand, the impacts presented, which are focused on soil contamination, are negative in scope, and direct discharges occur, which will be remedied with the planting of trees and lots of vegetation. Taking into account the closure stage in these, there will be positive impacts, since the unpleasant odors will disappear, bearing in mind that the infrastructure of the Sewage Treatment Plant of the Administrative Board is in a regular state of operation.
