Resumen
Objetivo: “Diseñar una propuesta de un plan de gestión en seguridad y salud ocupacional para
disminuir riesgos laborales en contexto de Pandemia COVID-19 en el Centro Comercial Miguel
Grau-Ica, Año 2021”. Metodología de investigación: tipo aplicado, nivel descriptivo y diseño
no experimental, muestra de 92 propietarios de stands. Resultados: La Lista de Chequeo, aplicada
en el CCMG, determino que el centro comercial no realiza continuamente la desinfección del
local y no se aplica a los propietarios la “Ficha epidemiológica del COVID-19” que indica el
MINSA. Asimismo, no se aplican medidas preventivas colectivas (talleres virtuales sobre
primeros auxilios, apoyo psicológico, distribución de información relacionada con el COVID-19).
Conclusiones: De la encuesta aplicada a los propietarios de stand del CCMG, se determinó que
tienen conocimientos en relación a los protocolos de bioseguridad, asimismo, la mayoría de ellos
cumplen en un 75% las normas de seguridad establecidas por el MINSA, pero actualmente no
cuentan con un “Plan de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional”, que permita salvaguardar su integridad
personal y de los clientes que frecuentan el Centro Comercial “Miguel Grau”.
Objective: “Design a proposal for an occupational health and safety management plan to reduce occupational risks in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic in the Miguel Grau-Ica Shopping Center, Year 2021.” Research methodology: applied type, descriptive level and non experimental design, sample of 92 stand owners. Results: The Checklist, applied in the CCMG, determined that the shopping center does not continuously disinfect the premises and the “COVID-19 epidemiological sheet” indicated by the MINSA is not applied to the owners. Likewise, collective preventive measures are not applied (virtuales workshops on first aid, psychological support, distribution of information related to COVID-19). Conclusions: From the survey applied to the CCMG stand owners, it was determined that they have knowledge in relation to biosafety protocols, likewise, the majority of them comply with 75% of the safety standards established by the MINSA, but currently they do not They have an “Occupational Health and Safety Plan” that allows them to safeguard their personal integrity and that of the clients who frequent the “Miguel Grau” Shopping Center.
