Resumen
El estudio llevado a cabo identificó como el principal problema: ¿Como la intervención del Power
BI se relaciona con la gestión de rechazos de clientes de clientes de la Distribuidora Backus de
Ica, a razón de ello, se fijó como principal objetivo: Determinar cómo la intervención del Power
BI se relaciona con la gestión de rechazos de clientes de la Distribuidora Backus de la ciudad de
Ica. Los aspectos metodológicos de la investigación fijaron un tipo utilitario, nivel descriptivo correlacional y diseño ex post facto. La muestra se logró por medio de un muestreo aleatorio
simple del tipo probabilístico, abarcando a 55 participantes de la distribuidora Backus sede de
Ica. Los resultados demostraron que, la intervención del Power BI es percibido mayormente
dentro de la escala “Alto” por un 94.55% de la muestra y la gestión de rechazos dentro de la escala
“Bueno” por un 98.18%. El análisis inferencial presentó un Rho= 0.567 y 0,000 de significancia.
Por todo ello, se halló que, la intervención del Power Bi se relaciona con la gestión de rechazos
de clientes de la Distribuidora Backus de Ica
The study carried out identified as the main problem: How the intervention of Power BI is related to the management of customer rejections of customers of the Backus Distributor of Ica, therefore, it was set as the main objective: To determine how the intervention of the Power BI is related to the management of customer rejections of the Backus Distributor of the city of Ica. The methodological aspects of the research established a utilitarian type, descriptive-correlational level and ex post facto design. The sample was obtained by means of a simple random sampling of the probabilistic type, covering 55 participants from the distributor Backus headquarters in Ica. The results showed that the Power BI intervention is perceived mostly within the "High" scale by 94.55% of the sample and the rejection management within the "Good" scale by 98.18%. The inferential analysis showed an Rho = 0.567 and 0.000 significance. For all these reasons, it was found that the intervention of Power Bi is related to the management of customer rejections of the Backus Distributor of Ica
