Resumen
El estudio sostiene por objetivo determinar cómo el uso de métodos anticonceptivos hormonales
se relaciona con sus efectos adversos en usuarias atendidas en el Centro de Salud los Molinos,
Ica, 2024. La metodología aplicada es de tipo correlacional-transversal y no experimental; se
trabajó con una muestra de 120 usuarias atendidas en el Centro de Salud los Molinos, Ica,
aplicándose el cuestionario como instrumento. Como resultados de esta investigación, se dio a
conocer que las características sociodemográficas en las usuarias fueron, el 53,3% se encontraban
en edades de 26-35 años, el 78.3% tenían secundaria completa, el 80% fueron convivientes y el
50% tienen un negocio propio. En cuanto a los efectos adversos tenemos que el 55% sufrió
variación en su peso, seguido de un 20% que tuvo amenorrea, con respecto a método hormonal
de uso el 51.7% emplean el inyectable trimestral, seguido de un 26.7% que usa inyectable
mensual. Conclusión: existe relación significativa entre el uso de anticonceptivos hormonales y
los efectos adversos en usuarias atendidas en el Centro de Salud los Molinos, Ica, 2024, al obtener
un valor de Chi Cuadrado de 49,27, con una significancia de 0,000 menor a < 0.05.
The study aims to determine how the use of hormonal contraceptive methods is related to its adverse effects in users treated at the molinos Health Center, Ica, 2024. The methodology applied is correlational-transversal and not experimental; we worked with a sample of 120 users treated at the molinos Health Center, Ica, applying the questionnaire as an instrument. As a result of this research, it was revealed that the sociodemographic characteristics of the users were: 53.3% were aged 26-35 years, 78.3% had completed secondary school, 80% were cohabitants and 50% have their own business. Regarding adverse effects, we have that 55% suffered variation in their weight, followed by 20% who had amenorrhea, with respect to the hormonal method of use, 51.7% use the quarterly injectable, followed by 26.7% who use monthly injectables. Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between the use of hormonal contraceptives and adverse effects in users treated at the Los Molinos Health Center, Ica, 2024, obtaining a Chi-square value of 49.27, with a significance of 0.000 less than < 0.05.
