Centro de desarrollo cultural para el niño y el adolescente en Tierra Prometida, Ica

Abstract

El objetivo principal de esta tesis, es “Diseñar un equipamiento arquitectónico enfocado en el desarrollo cultural para el niño y el adolescente entre las edades comprendidas de 6 a 16 años en Tierra prometida”, ciudad de Ica, por medio de la generación de espacios que satisfagan las necesidades culturales, educativas de los niños y a la vez sea un equipamiento funcional y volumétrico que garantice las condiciones básicas de acondicionamiento ambiental y GRD, en lo que respecta al tipo de investigación utilizado es tipo Cualitativo e interpretativo, asimismo se usó la interpretación ,análisis y su posterior plasmación en espacios arquitectónicos donde reflejen el interés del usuario y los objetivos del site (diseño de un centro de desarrollo cultural para el niño y el adolescente). Asimismo, se usó un diseño de estudio de caso (inexistencia de un centro de desarrollo cultural en Tierra prometida), además, es de retrospectivo porque la información se obtendrá de los registros que ya se han organizado, que corresponden a lo largo de intervalo del periodo 2017- 2021.De esta manera se podrá saber si en el sector de Tierra prometida se requiere de un “Centro de desarrollo cultural para el niño y el adolescente”

The main objective of this thesis is to "Design an architectural facility focused on cultural development for children and adolescents between the ages of 6 and 16 years old in Promised Land", city of Ica, through the generation of spaces that meet the cultural and educational needs of children and at the same time be a functional and volumetric equipment that guarantees the basic conditions of environmental conditioning and DRM, in regard to the type of research used, an interpretive one was chosen, for which it is used the interpretation, analysis and its subsequent expression in architectural spaces where they reflect the interest of the user and the objectives of the site (design of a cultural development center for children and adolescents). Likewise, a case study design was used (lack of a cultural development center in the Promised Land), in addition, it is retrospective because the information will be obtained from the records that have already been organized, which correspond throughout the interval of the period 2017- 2021. In this way it will be possible to know if a "Cultural development center for children and adolescents" is required in the Promised Land sector.
