Autocuidado y adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso en usuarios de la Microrred Parcona Ica - Perú 2023

Abstract

La tuberculosis es una infección causada por la bacteria llamada Mycobacterium tuberculosis,la cual generalmente afecta a los pulmones y su forma de transmisión es de persona a persona a través del aire. El objetivo fue determinar la relación entre el Autocuidado y la adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso en usuarios de la Microrred Parcona Ica – Perú 2023. Material y método: el estudio fue correlacional, de tipo descriptivo, de enfoque cuantitativo, de corte transversal, con una muestra de 77 usuarios. Aplicando dosinstrumentos previamente validados y confiables. Resultados: para la variable autocuidado se encontró que el 74% de los usuarios tienen un nivelde autocuidadoregular,20.8%tiene unniveldeautocuidadobuenoy solo un5.2% tiene un nivel deficiente. Mientras para la variable adherencia se obtuvo que el 93.5% de los usuarios tienen un nivel de adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso alto y solo un 6.5% tiene un nivel medio. Conclusión: existe relación entre el Autocuidado y la adherencia al tratamiento antituberculoso en usuarios de la Microrred Parcona Ica-Perú 2023 y además es significativa.

Tuberculosis is an infection caused by the bacterium called Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which usually affectsthe lungs and is transmitted from person to person through the air. The objective was to determine the relationship between Self-care and adherence to anti-tuberculosis treatment in users of the Parcona Micronetwork Ica – Peru 2023. Material and method: The study was correlational, descriptive, quantitative, cross-sectional, with a sample of 77 users. Applying two previously validated and reliable instruments. Results: For the self-care variable, it was found that 74% of the users have a regular level of self-care, 20.8% have a good level of self-care, and only 5.2% have a deficient level.While for the adherence variable, it was obtained that 93.5% of the users have a high level of adherence to antituberculosis treatment and only 6.5% have a medium level. Conclusion: there is a relationship between Self-Care and adherence to antituberculosis treatment in users of the Parcona Ica-Perú 2023 Microgrid and it is also significant.
