Resumen
Objetivo: Determinar los factores asociados a conductas de riesgo para infecciones de
transmisión sexual en adolescentes del Centro de Salud de FONAVI IV, 2025. Se adoptó un
enfoque cuantitativo, con un diseño no experimental, transversal y analítico. Se utilizó el método
hipotético-deductivo.
Resultados: La muestra estuvo conformada por 317 adolescentes. La recolección de datos se
realizó mediante un cuestionario estructurado. Revelaron que el 48.58% de los adolescentes
estaban en la adolescencia temprana, el 41.01% en la media y el 10.41% en la tardía. El 60.57%
eran mujeres y el 52.68% residía en zonas urbanas. Respecto a factores culturales, el 62.78%
consideró aceptable iniciar su vida sexual a temprana edad y el 59.62% afirmó que el uso de
anticonceptivos es mal visto en su entorno. A nivel familiar, el 58.04% provenía de familias
monoparentales, el 74.76% tenía padres sin educación básica y el 68.14% reportó antecedentes
de embarazos adolescentes en su familia.
Conclusión: Se determinó que los factores asociados se relacionan con las conductas de riesgo
para infecciones de transmisión sexual en adolescentes. (χ² = 19.23, p = 0.000).
Objective: To determine the factors associated with risk behaviors for sexually transmitted infections in adolescents at the FONAVI IV Health Center, 2025. A quantitative approach was adopted, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and analytical design. The hypothetico deductive method was used. Results: The sample consisted of 317 adolescents. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire. Data were found to be in early adolescence, 41.01% in middle adolescence, and 10.41% in late adolescence. A total of 60.57% were female, and 52.68% lived in urban areas. Regarding cultural factors, 62.78% considered it acceptable to initiate sexual activity at an early age, and 59.62% stated that contraceptive use was frowned upon in their community. At the family level, 58.04% came from single-parent families, 74.76% had parents without basic education, and 68.14% reported a history of teenage pregnancy in their family. Conclusion: Associated factors were found to be related to risk behaviors for sexually transmitted infections in adolescents (χ² = 19.23, p = 0.000).
