Desigualdad social y reforma constitucional en el Perú al 2023

Abstract

La tesis titulada “Desigualdad social y reforma constitucional en el Perú al 2023”, tuvo por finalidad demostrar la relación que existe entre las variables en estudio. Se ha realizado considerando la Resolución Rectoral 029-2021-R, Líneas de Investigación de la UNICA, así mismo la Resolución Rectoral 048-2021-R, Reglamento de Grados y Títulos, asimismo la Resolución Rectoral 1320-2021-R, Guía para la Elaboración de Tesis. Para desarrollar la investigación que se alcanza, se recurrió a determinadas Técnicas de Recolección de Datos como la Encuesta, la Entrevista con sus respectivos Instrumentos de Recolección de Datos como fueron el Cuestionario sobre desigualdad social, la Guía de Entrevista sobre reforma constitucional, además de llevar a cabo un conjunto de acciones para procesar la información recogida. Los resultados obtenidos permiten demostrar que entre desigualdad social en los años de la Constitución de 1979 y reforma de la parte dogmática de la Constitución en el Perú al 2023, existe una relación muy estrecha; entre desigualdad social en los años de la Constitución de 1993 y reforma de la parte orgánica de la Constitución en el Perú al 2023, existe una relación muy significativa; entre desigualdad social y reforma constitucional en el Perú al 2023, existe una relación muy relevante.

The thesis entitled "Social inequality and constitutional reform in Peru to 2023", aimed to demonstrate the relationship between the variables under study. It has been carried out considering the Rectoral Resolution 029-2021-R, Lines of Research of the UNICA, as well as the Rectoral Resolution 048-2021-R, Regulations of Degrees and Degrees, as well as the Rectoral Resolution 1320-2021-R, Guide for the Preparation of Thesis. To develop the research that is achieved, certain Data Collection Techniques were used, such as the Survey, the Interview with their respective Data Collection Instruments such as the Questionnaire on social inequality, the Interview Guide on constitutional reform, in addition to carrying out a set of actions to process the information collected. The results obtained show that there is a very close relationship between social inequality in the years of the 1979 Constitution and the reform of the dogmatic part of the Constitution in Peru by 2023; There is a very significant relationship between social inequality in the years of the 1993 Constitution and the reform of the organic part of the Constitution in Peru by 2023; between social inequality and constitutional reform in Peru by 2023, there is a very relevant relationship.
