Diseño e implementación del portal web UNIRENTA para disminuir el tiempo de búsqueda de alquiler de cuartos exclusivo para estudiantes de universidades públicas y privadas en la ciudad de Ica - 2022

Abstract

Objetivo: Determinar en qué medida el diseño e implementación del portal web UNIRENTA influye significativamente en el tiempo de búsqueda de alquiler de cuartos exclusivos para estudiantes de universidades públicas y privadas en la ciudad de Ica-2022. Material y método: El estudio cuenta con diseño pre-experimental de tipo aplicada y de enfoque cuantitativo. La muestra fue de 60 estudiantes de universidades públicas y privadas en la ciudad de Ica. Se aplico una entrevista presencial y mediante una ficha de observación se recolectaron los datos de los estudiantes. Se evaluaron los datos mediante prueba de medias emparejadas y se sacó una diferencia aritmética de los promedios en una evaluación pre-test y post-test. Resultados: Se observo que un 7% (4 estudiantes) tuvieron un muy alto tiempo de búsqueda de alquiler de cuartos exclusivos para estudiantes de universidades públicas y privadas en la ciudad de Ica, un 17% (10 estudiantes) tuvieron un alto tiempo de búsqueda de alquiler de cuartos exclusivos. Luego, un 18% (11 estudiantes) tuvieron un regular tiempo de búsqueda de alquiler de cuartos exclusivos y un 58% (35 estudiantes) han tenido un bajo tiempo de búsqueda de alquiler de cuartos exclusivos para estudiantes de universidades públicas y privadas en la ciudad de Ica. Conclusión: El diseño e implementación del portal web UNIRENTA disminuye significativamente el tiempo de búsqueda de alquiler de cuartos exclusivo para estudiantes de universidades públicas y privadas en la ciudad de Ica – 2022.Objective: To determine to what extent the design and implementation of the UNIRENTA web portal significantly influences the search time for renting exclusive rooms for students from public and private universities in the city of Ica-2022. Results: It was observed that 7% (4 students) had a very high search time to rent exclusive rooms for students from public and private universities in the city of Ica, 17% (10 students) had a high search time exclusive rooms for rent. Then, 18% (11 students) had a regular search time to rent exclusive rooms and 58% (35 students) have had a low search time to rent exclusive rooms for students from public and private universities in the city. from Ica. Conclusion: The design and implementation of the UNIRENTA web portal significantly reduces the search time for exclusive room rentals for students from public and private universities in the city of Ica - 2022.
