explicativo y Diseño no experimental.
Objective: “Design a training plan for environmental practices for companies that carry out tourism activities in the department of Ica, 2023.” Methodology: Basic Type, Explanatory Level and Non-experimental Design. Intentional sample: It was determined through non-probabilistic sampling, consisting of 40 “tour operators” in the department of Ica. Conclusion: Of the variable “Good Environmental Practices”, 50.0% of the “tour operators” indicate that they are not aware of what GAP is, 40.0% indicate that they do and 10.0% sometimes. Likewise, 67.5% of the “tour operators” indicate that the application of the GAP will allow the development of “sustainable tourism” in the department of Ica, 22.50% sometimes and 10.0% indicate that it will not. Of the variable "Sustainability indicators", 70.0% of the "tour operators" consider that "tourism activity" contributes to economic development, 22.5% sometimes and 7.5% indicate that it does not, likewise , 62.5% of “tour operators” consider that they contribute to the development of “sustainable tourism”, 22.5% sometimes and 15.0% say they do not. Using the Chi Square statistic, the main hypothesis is tested: Ha = “The design of a training plan for environmental practices significantly influences companies that carry out tourism activities in the department of Ica, 2023”, it is obtained that x2 >xtable; therefore, the Ha is accepted.
