Resumen
El objetivo de la presente investigación fue Evaluar un sistema biométrico de asistencia en la I.E N°
334/23015 “MARÍA CRISTINA DE LA PUENTE ÁLVAREZ” de la provincia de Palpa – Región Ica, en el
2022, para lo cual se adquirió un equipo biométrico multifunción para el registro de asistencia por medio de
tarjeta biométrica, captura biométrica por huella digital y captura biométrica facial. El procedimiento que
consistió en la instalación física, configuración, el registro de los datos del personal, la capacitación antes de
ponerla en funcionamiento. Se realizó el registro de asistencia de los meses de octubre y noviembre del 2022,
cuyos registros fueron exportados en archivos de Excel. Posteriormente se realizó el análisis de los registros.
Los resultados mostraron que existen trabajadores que hacer labor administrativa y docente. Los empleados
docentes laboran en promedio de 04 horas con 50 minutos y un mínimo de 04 horas con 13 minutos y un
máximo de 05 horas con 20 minutos. Una media de trabajo de 06 horas con 11 minutos, y con un mínimo de
05 horas con 12 minutos y 07 horas con 17 minutos como máximo para el personal administrativo.
The objective of this research was to evaluate a biometric attendance system in the I.E N° 334/23015 "MARÍA CRISTINA DE LA PUENTE ÁLVAREZ" in the province of Palpa - Region Ica, in 2022, for which a multifunction biometric equipment was acquired for the registration of attendance by means of biometric card, biometric capture by fingerprint and biometric facial capture. The procedure consisted of physical installation, configuration, registration of personnel data, and training before putting it into operation. Attendance records for the months of October and November 2022 were recorded and exported to Excel files. The records were then analyzed. The results showed that there are workers who do administrative and teaching work. Teaching employees work an average of 04 hours and 50 minutes, with a minimum of 04 hours and 13 minutes and a maximum of 05 hours and 20 minutes. The average working time is 06 hours and 11 minutes, with a minimum of 05 hours and 12 minutes and a maximum of 07 hours and 17 minutes for administrative personnel.
