Abstract

La finalidad del presente estudio, titulada “Sistema de apoyos y salvaguardias frente a las personas con discapacidad según lo regulado en el Decreto Legislativo Nro. 1384 - distrito judicial de Ica, año 2021”, fue discernir la relación existente entre el sistema de soporte y medidas de seguridad destinadas a las personas con discapacidad, tal como lo regula el Decreto Legislativo 1384 en la jurisdicción de Ica, correspondiente al año 2021. Se formuló la proposición de que el entramado de asistencia y garantías mantiene una conexión con los ciudadanos con discapacidad, acorde a las disposiciones del Decreto Legislativo 1384, vigente en el Distrito Judicial de Ica para el año 2021. En este análisis cuantitativo de carácter fundamental, se busca explicar la relación entre variables sin recurrir a la manipulación de estas, por lo que se ha adoptado un diseño no experimental para la investigación. La técnica observacional implica la documentación y evaluación de las variables sin manipulación directa de la variable independiente. Este enfoque es crucial para la observación pura y la recopilación de datos en condiciones no experimentales. La muestra para la investigación estuvo conformada por abogados y miembros del tribunal; a estos individuos se les evaluó a través de la implementación de técnicas de monitoreo visual, junto con el análisis de documentos y textos especializados.The purpose of this study, entitled “Support and safeguard system for people with disabilities as regulated by Legislative Decree No. 1384 - Judicial District of Ica, year 2021”, was to discern the relationship between the support system and security measures for people with disabilities, as regulated by Legislative Decree 1384 in the jurisdiction of Ica, corresponding to the year 2021. The proposition was formulated that the assistance and guarantee framework maintains a connection with citizens with disabilities, in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 1384, in force in the Judicial District of Ica for the year 2021. In this quantitative analysis of a fundamental nature, the aim is to explain the relationship between variables without resorting to their manipulation, which is why a nonexperimental design has been adopted for the research. The observational technique involves the documentation and evaluation of the variables without direct manipulation of the independent variable. This approach is crucial for pure observation and data collection under non-experimental conditions. The sample for the research consisted of lawyers and members of the court; these individuals were evaluated through the implementation of visual monitoring techniques, together with the analysis of specialized documents and texts.
