Resumen
Objetivo: Evaluar la eficiencia del Clúster de red de los equipos informáticos del Data
Center de la Facultad de Ingeniería de Sistemas, de la universidad nacional San Luis
Gonzaga de Ica. Para cumplir con el objetivo de la implementación del Clúster de red
trabajamos bajo la Metodología: Se aplicó una investigación del tipo aplicada
tecnológica de técnicas de observación de campo, este proyecto se basa en las teorías,
conceptos e implementación de computación distribuida lo que permitió llegar a la
implementación de un clúster mediante la utilización de SOFTWARE LIBRE y hardware
con arquitectura x86 / x86-64 de fácil acceso en el mercado, permitiendo aumentar la
disponibilidad de los servicios, sin incurrir en altos costos de servidores o software
privados especializados en alta disponibilidad. Resultados: En la implementación del
clúster realizamos un diagnóstico que indica que cada servidor es antiguo y puede ser
repotenciado de acuerdo con la descripción de las características. Así mismo la potencia
del clúster permite realizar implementaciones básicas con una eficiencia basada en
pruebas de alta disponibilidad, escalabilidad y confiabilidad de la red.
Conclusión: La integración realizada de los 08 servidores a formado un clúster de alta
disponibilidad que permite la implementación de servidores virtuales y en un futuro el
desarrollo de un laboratorio virtual especializado.
Objective: To evaluate the efficiency of the network cluster of the computer equipment of the Data Center of the Faculty of Systems Engineering, of the San Luis Gonzaga National University of Ica. To meet the objective of the implementation of the Network Cluster we work under the Methodology: A research of the applied technological type of field observation techniques was applied, this project is based on the theories, concepts and implementation of distributed computing which allowed us to reach to the implementation of a cluster through the use of FREE SOFTWARE and hardware with x86 / x86-64 architecture that is easily accessible on the market, allowing the availability of services to be increased, without incurring high costs of servers or private software specialized in high availability . Results: In the implementation of the cluster we perform a diagnosis that indicates that each server is old and can be repowered according to the description of the characteristics. Likewise, the power of the cluster allows basic implementations to be carried out with efficiency based on tests of high availability, scalability and network reliability. Conclusion: The integration carried out of the 08 servers has formed a high availability cluster that allows the implementation of virtual servers and in the future the development of a specialized virtual laboratory.
