Resumen
El objetivo determina la relación entre la capacitación docente y la formación académica en los
estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, 2023. La Metodología de tipo
aplicada, diseño no experimental, . El método utilizado responde a la propia descripción, de la
Muestra fue de 250 docentes de la Universidad Nacional “San Luis Gonzaga”. Resultados en su
capacitación académica en los docentes de la Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga desarrollan
el pensamiento crítico, donde el 34.8% de los encuestados respondieron siempre, el 37.6% con
regularidad, el 16.8% a veces y el 10.8% nunca. su capacitación académica en los docentes de la
Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga agiliza la comunicación entre sus compañeros y los
docentes., donde el 26.4% de los encuestados respondieron siempre, el 53.2% con regularidad, el
10.0% a veces y el 10.4% nunca. Concluye que en relación con las variables la capacitación
docente y la formación académica en los estudiantes de la Universidad Nacional San Luis
Gonzaga, el coeficiente de correlación es de 0,910, lo que señala una correlación de Rho de
Sperman positiva muy alta entre ambas variables
Objective Determine the relationship between teacher training and academic training in students at the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga, 2023. Applied methodology, non-experimental design. The method used corresponds to the description itself, the Sample was 250 teachers from the National University “San Luis Gonzaga”. Results in their academic training in the teachers of the National University San Luis Gonzaga develop critical thinking, where 34.8% of those surveyed responded always, 37.6% regularly, 16.8% sometimes and 10.8% never. Their academic training with the teachers of the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga streamlines communication between their colleagues and teachers, where 26.4% of those surveyed responded always, 53.2% regularly, 10.0% sometimes and 10.4% never. It concludes that in relation to the variables of teacher training and academic training in the students of the National University of San Luis Gonzaga, the correlation coefficient is 0.910, which indicates a very high positive Sperman's Rho correlation between both variables.
