Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación cuyo objetivo principal fue Analizar el efecto de implementar un
sistema multiplataforma para el proceso de pedidos en pequeñas ferreterías en la ciudad de Ica 2022,
para lo cual se desarrolló con la metodología SCRUM y Jira para la planificación. El proyecto
implementado para al tipo de investigación aplicada, tecnológica, con un el nivel de la investigación
descriptivo y el diseño de investigación pre- experimental. Para el desarrollo del sistema se utilizó las
herramientas tecnológicas AppServ como servidor local en la que se instala Apache, PHP y MySql
como base de datos, la plataforma de Wordpress y Elementor con diversos plugins para la
estructuración y configuración del sistema web, para la instalación de la tienda virtual se empleó
Woocommerce. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el sistema es eficiente, en la que se
desarrolla un sistema para pequeñas ferreterías sin necesidad de un lenguaje de programación, las
herramientas son sencillas de utilizar, pero además son de uso gratuito lo que favorece al desarrollo.
Se concluye que este sistema aportaría grandes beneficios a las pequeñas ferreterías de la ciudad de
Ica.
