Acompañamiento pedagógico directivo y desempeño docente en el Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público Pisco

Abstract

El desempeño docente implica ser una actividad sumamente importante para el desarrollo de la educación de un país. Su formación inicial y continua debe ser una preocupación de los sistemas educativos. Requiere atención para que se ejecute de la mejor manera y así lograr una adecuada formación de los estudiantes. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la relación entre el Acompañamiento pedagógico directivo y el desempeño docente en la institución seleccionada. Para tal efecto se empleó el enfoque cuantitativo y la investigación fue de tipo básico, correlacional, retrospectivo y transversal. La muestra la integraron 53 docentes seleccionados de manera intencional y por conveniencia. Se emplearon la técnicas de la encuesta y el fichaje, y los instrumentos fueron el cuestionario de encuesta y las fichas de investigación. Los ítems de los cuestionarios tuvieron 5 alternativas de respuesta: Muy deficiente, Deficiente, Regular, Eficiente y Muy eficiente y estuvieron conformados por 25 y 30 por variable, respectivamente. Los resultados muestran que el coeficiente de correlación entre las variables en estudio fue 0.7829067 y el p-valor 0,0000000, lo que indica que la relación es positiva alta y significativa. Igualmente, la relación entre las dimensiones y la variable tiene la misma connotación: positiva y significativa. La conclusión refiere que se determinó que la relación entre las variables “Acompañamiento pedagógico directivo” y “Desempeño docente” en el Instituto de Educación Superior Tecnológico Público Pisco, es directa y alta.

Teaching performance implies being an extremely important activity for the development of a country's education. Their initial and continuous training must be a concern of educational systems. It requires attention so that it is executed in the best way and thus achieve adequate training of students. The objective of this research is to determine the relationship between managerial pedagogical accompaniment and teaching performance in the selected institution. For this purpose, the quantitative approach was used and the research was basic, correlational, retrospective and transversal. The sample was made up of 53 teachers selected intentionally and by convenience. Survey and recording techniques were used, and the instruments were the survey questionnaire and the research sheets. The items of the questionnaires had 5 response alternatives: Very deficient, Deficient, Regular, Efficient and Very efficient and were made up of 25 and 30 per variable, respectively. The results show that the correlation coefficient between the variables under study was 0.7829067 and the p-value 0.0000000, which indicates that the relationship is high and significant positive. Likewise, the relationship between the dimensions and the variable has the same connotation: positive and significant. The conclusion refers to the fact that it was determined that the relationship between the variables "Directive pedagogical accompaniment" and "Teaching performance" in the Public Technological Institute of Higher Education Pisco, is direct and high.
