Resumen
El trabajo de suficiencia profesional "Implementación del Sistema Integrado de Gestión de
Personal AYNI y Actualizaciones del Sistema Único de Planillas SUP para el Sector Educación
UGEL Pisco" se enfoca en la mejora de la gestión de recursos humanos específicamente en las
áreas de escalafón y planillas en la Unidad de Gestión Educativa Local (UGEL) de Pisco.
El proyecto implica un análisis exhaustivo de los procesos actuales de escalafón y planillas en la
UGEL Pisco, identificando áreas de ineficiencia y definiendo los requisitos para su integración
en el sistema AYNI. Se diseñan y ejecutan las adaptaciones necesarias en los sistemas para que
pueda gestionar de manera efectiva la información relacionada con la clasificación y
remuneración del personal, así como la generación de planillas de pago.
Además, se lleva a cabo un proceso de capacitación para el personal de la UGEL Pisco,
asegurando que estén familiarizados con el nuevo sistema y puedan utilizarlo de manera óptima
en la gestión diaria de escalafón y planillas. Se establecen también mecanismos de seguimiento y
evaluación para garantizar la correcta implementación del sistema y se proponen medidas
correctivas si es necesario.
La implementación del sistema AYNI y las correctas actualizaciones del Sistema Único de
Planillas SUP en la UGEL Pisco para las áreas de escalafón y planillas tuvo como objetivo
principal mejorar la eficiencia y precisión en la gestión de recursos humanos, garantizando una
adecuada clasificación y remuneración del personal, así como una correcta generación de planillas
de pago y escalafón.
