Resumen
La tesis tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el ambiente organizacional y el bienestar
laboral de los trabajadores de la Gerencia Regional de Recursos Naturales y Gestión del Medio
ambiente del Gobierno Regional de Ica (GRRNGMA), año 2024. Respecto a la estrategia
metodológica, es nivel relacional y diseño no experimental, encuestando a 55 trabajadores; a un
nivel de confianza del 95% y un nivel de significación del 5%.
En lo que respecta a técnicas de recolección datos, se utilizó encuestas y análisis documental,
empleando el correspondiente instrumento cuestionario. Además, se procesó la información con
organización, tabulación, tablas y representaciones estadísticas y aplicación de chi cuadrado.
Los resultados muestran lo siguiente: El ambiente organizacional se relaciona significativamente
con el bienestar laboral de los trabajadores de la Gerencia Regional de Recursos Naturales y
Gestión del Medio Ambiente del GORE ICA.
El resultado confirma la validez de la hipótesis general, respaldada por la verificación estadística,
dado que el valor de 1324.99 excede el valor critico de 128.78714, se valida la hipótesis
planteada.
The objective of this thesis was to determine the relationship between the organizational environment and the occupational well-being of employees at the Regional Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Regional Government of Ica (GRRNGMA) in 2024. The methodological strategy was relational and non-experimental, surveying 55 employees at a 95% confidence level and a 5% significance level. Regarding data collection techniques, surveys and documentary analysis were used, employing the corresponding questionnaire instrument. In addition, the information was processed through organization, tabulation, tables, and statistical representations, along with the application of the chi-square test. The results show the following: The organizational environment is significantly related to the occupational well-being of employees at the Regional Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Management of the Regional Government of Ica. The result confirms the validity of the general hypothesis, supported by statistical verification. Since the value of 1324.99 exceeds the critical value of 128.78714, the proposed hypothesis is validated.
